The Most Effective Ways Of Loosing Belly Fat.

Fat generally isnt a good thing to health but belly fat really is worst than we think.

It is a salient killer and a major cause of many life’s threatning conditions like Hypertension,Diabetes,Coronary diseases and other hearth conditions.

Many people have the tendency of accumulating much fat around the waist and stomach and these kind of fat is dangerous.

It is important to note that:

Regardless of your overall weight, having a large amount of belly fat increases your risk of:
  • Cardiovascular disease.
  • Insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.
  • Colorectal cancer.
  • Sleep apnea.
  • Premature death from any cause.
  • High blood pressure
  • Infertility issues .

And it also brings about organ fat or visceral fat.

So in other to fight against this,there are many ways to go about loosing the belly fat,but the most effective ways i have found through research and my experiences are listed categorised into 3 major ways.

3.Diet/Nutrition.

Lifestyle changes.

Avoid late dinner.

Eating late dinner before going to bed is a wrong practice because the food stays in the body and hence stores as fat.

It is neccessary to adjust your dinner time. If you work late and do not have time for dinner,try to pre plan for it. Pack some healthy snacks that you can munch on before its too late.

Cut down on those sweets.

Sugars are very unjurious to health because they are high in calories. So if you want to cut down your belly fat,its high time you begin to make this vital changes. Replace your sweet cravings with healthier choices .

I have come to the realization that sugars are not good to health. It makes me feel sluggish and weak.

Rest/Sleep

When we take time to rest and sleep well,it increases the body metabolism which result in burning of fat.

Avoid stress

Try as much as possible to modify your lifestyle to be more stress free. Stress has a way of making us put on weight because during such periods,most people tend to over eat and their cravings for sugar and junks increases.

Active round the clock.

Find a way to always be active irrespective of where you are and what you are doing.

I found this formular very helpful and it works like magic in cutting down on fat and increasing your activity rate.

At work try to walk around for few minuites when you can. Use the stirs instead of the elevators and walk faster.

In the kitchen,try to do some squats leaning on the cabinets while waiting for the soup to be ready.

In the bathroom,do sime stretches before taking your bath or after.

While dressing,do some dancing steps infront of the mirror. Just be active at any little opportunity you have and you will be amazed at the result you will get.

Exercises

Exercises really are very important and helpful in cutting down belly fat.

Though so many people find it difficult to embrace this and that is why one should just find a way of going for what works for him/her. Something you will be comfortable with and enjoy doing over time. It must not be for hours or too tedious.

Strenght training is one of the best ways to burn belly fat and build muscle mass. This could be done 10 minutes and three times a week.

Skipping ,jogging at a spot, running at a spot or jumping jacks are lighter exercises you can chip in in your daily routine.

Diet

We are what we eat remember. In order to fight against tummy fat, and body fat in general,we should try as much as possible to control what goes into our system.

Eating junks or proccessed foods are not healthy if you want to loose extra fats.

So making neccessary lifestyle changes to help in the reduction of belly fat is welcomed.

* Take less Carbohydrates.

Carbs are high in calories and so should be avoided as much as possible.

Brown rice,Oats,Quinoa,Chia seed,Flax seed etc are better choices.

* Eating healthy good fats too helps in burning fat .

Coconut oil,Olive oil,Flax seed oil,Butter…

* Eat more of Fruits and Vegetables like the following,

Watermelon.

Cucumbers.

Broccoli.

Cauliflower.

Apples.

Kales.

Cabbage.

Lettuce.

Etc.

* Eat little food at a time.

It adviceable to eat little quantity of food more times than a large portion fewer times if trying to burn fat.

* Eat more healthier food options.

Eat more of protein,fibre and natural healthy foods such as lean meat,eggs,cottage cheese and others. These helps in burning belly fat because of their high thermic effect.

* Drink more healthy drinks.

Drink more liquids in form of water,green teas,healthy smoothies and non artificial sweetened drinks. Try to invest on healthy fat burning natural or herbal drinks.

* Reduce Alcohol intake.

Taking little alcohol occasionally is good but when its consumed too often and in excess it hinders the process of burning your belly fat. Beer and sweetened alcohols are the main culprits here.
